The Successful Woman: Lifestyle, Legacy, and Leading by example

This is an exclusive and unusual professional development opportunity for you to join other senior women leaders in all sectors of the global economy for powerful, intimate sessions to explore:

– How you view yourself / others view you as a leader
– How your current lifestyle compares to your ideal lifestyle
– How you view the (personal, financial, and philanthropic) legacy you are building.

Why is it important for women in leadership positions to come together to celebrate personal and professional achievements and discuss personal and professional challenges?

As a woman leader … you really need time to step back, question, and talk to people who have similar experience to help you think about what you’re doing in a different kind of way … . We’re often so busy that we don’t have time to do that.
Dr. Erma Manoncourt

Founder and President , M&D Consulting Inc.

… to share experiences
… to find out that very often, we are not the only ones who are facing the challenges that we are facing
… to build links and bonds that are genuine and authentic … not having to play a role
Dominique Ben Dhaou

Founder and Managing Director , Point North

Our Keynote Speaker

Sylvie di Giusto

Sylvie di Giusto

Sylvie di Giusto helps individuals and organizations explore how people make up their minds very quickly about them, their leadership potential, or their company, and either open the door or slam it shut. “People Packaging is what I do,” she says.

Twenty (20) years of corporate experience in Europe and the ability to empower people to influence the success of their own careers led Sylvie to launch Executive Image Consulting, a professional consulting firm in NYC.  During her presentation at The Successful Woman, entitled

Stand Out with Purpose: First Impressions for Lasting Influence

she will demonstrate how a first impression can be controlled and show you how to influence the message you send to others to help you become the leader you want and deserve to be.

In addition to being the founder and CEO of Executive Image Consulting and an international speaker, Sylvie is the author of The Image of Leadership; co-owner of Studio for Image Professionals, a certification provider for image consultants; and the creator of the interactive online course called “How You Impress.”

Participants who register for the conference by September 30 will enjoy exclusive access to Sylvie in a special session during the event!

Networking and Culture at Musée Yves Saint Laurent

We’ll celebrate budding relationships and chat about information and inspiration drawn from the day’s activities at a private reception at the Musée Yves Saint Laurent. The museum is located in the mansion where Saint Laurent created his haute couture designs from 1974-2002 and where the Pierre Bergé – Yves Saint Laurent Foundation is currently domiciled. The entire facility will be at our disposal for the evening!

We’ll enjoy a private tour of the fashion exhibition on display and visit the workroom where Saint Laurent, his models, and his collaborators brought his creations to life. Afterward, we’ll enjoy hearty savory and sweet bites and accompanying wines, champagne, and softs in an intimate environment that is perfect for building relationships. No need to plan for dinner – this cocktail dinatoire will satisfy your hunger and quench your thirst!

Three successful women from diverse backgrounds and professions will come together during the conference to discuss why it is important for women leaders to be conscious of their legacy; how the personal, financial, and philanthropic elements of legacy intertwine; and how leaders can build their legacy for their benefit and the benefit of those they serve.

Frequently Asked Questions

How will attending this event help me grow as a leader?
You will bring to the conference a specific professional or personal challenge with the intent to formulate a plan to deal with it and to find an accountability partner to keep you on track with your plan.  To do so, you’ll have access not only to expert training, but also to the power of masterminding with like-minded women who have already traveled the road you are currently navigating and are willing to share how they handled the obstacles found along the way.
How many people do you expect to attend?
We are limiting in-room participation at The Successful Woman to 40-50 persons.  This will allow us to achieve the powerful, yet intimate atmosphere for the interactive keynote presentation, legacy panel Q&A, and afternoon mastermind sessions that will give you maximum value as a participant in the event.
Are accommodations included in the registration fee?
Your hotel room isn’t included, but the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme has reserved a block of rooms for attendees, including a deluxe upgrade! These rooms will go quickly, so don’t delay – go ahead and make your reservation today!
