STEM In The City

STEM in the City – PARIS is a multicultural, peer-to-peer mentoring opportunity for girls in Grades 6-12. It focuses on life sciences, with an emphasis on veterinary medicine.

In collaboration with STEM Atlanta Women, WIF serves as the principal advisor for the planning and development of this program. Over a period of 90 days, a cohort of girls from across the globe comes together twice a month in a peer-learning environment to explore the topic of veterinary medicine. Successful participants earn a certificate in global citizenship. WIF Founder and CEO, Dr. Monique Y. Wells, contributes to the delivery of the program with presentations and activities regarding veterinary pathology.
