The L³ Alliance (L³ = Lifestyle, Legacy, and Leading by example) is the women’s group for the Wells International Foundation. We believe that mentoring is one of the premier ways successful women can give back to the world.
The mentoring process is especially valuable for undergraduate and graduate school woman who are exploring challenges and questions about their lives as students and their future career paths. WIF’s aim is to:
- Introduce these students to the process.
- Expose them to different forms of mentoring (intergenerational, intercultural…)
- Provide opportunities for them to select mentors.
Our first mentoring event, organized in collaboration with the American University of Paris (AUP), was scheduled to coincide with International Women’s Day 2020. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, we rescheduled the event and held it virtually on March 10, 2021.
