Divinely Aligned You sessions will soulfully introduce you to the Alliance in January and bring you together in-person for a transformational women’s circle in October. The focus for the January event will be self-care – without this, goals are not sustainable!
Feminine Mastermind sessions will address the following values that we believe all B Corporation leaders should embrace:
Genuineness. This comes from self-awareness – knowing our strengths, weaknesses, values, and passions.
Transparency. This stems from integrity, responsibility, vulnerability, open-mindedness, and humility.
Consistency. This requires commitment, perseverance, and aligned values, behaviors, actions, and activities.
Mindfulness. In the context of our mastermind series, this means awareness of professional boundaries, nuances in workplace dynamics, and the need for diplomacy, adaptability, and a good sense of timing.
Feminine Networking sessions are transformational as opposed to transactional in nature. The single session we have planned for 2025 will take you on a deep dive into establishing and maintaining a healthy money mindset – a skill that is essential for running a successful business.
Note that with the exception of the in-person Divinely Aligned You women’s circle in October, all events are virtual.

The Divinely Aligned You Women’s Circle and Dinner will take place in Houston, TX as the first event of the Wells International Foundation’s 10th anniversary year!
Women’s Circle participants will mingle with like minded business leaders and fully integrate heart, mind, and soul as the first step toward embracing what the L³ Alliance calls a “feminine brand of leadership.”
