COVID-19 PAGES: The Influence & Inspiration of Women

Phase I of the project showcases contributions by professional women artists. Join us as we celebrate these women, who are often marginalized regarding their access to exhibition space and underpaid for their work relative to their male counterparts. COVID-19 PAGES provides a singular opportunity for them to expose their work as part of the reckoning of this unprecedented historic event.

Phase II of the project showcases contributions by nonprofessional women and girls from schools and community service organizations across the globe. Their creations celebrate the essential work of women during the pandemic, as do the works by our Phase I artists. Additionally, the act of creating their contributions provided them with an opportunity to relieve stress and anxiety, and even process grief, experienced because of the pandemic.
